Where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the individual concerned, personal data may be transferred to entities with which ADO cooperates in connection with the fulfilment of the particular purposes on the basis of which the processing is carried out (marketing agencies, survey companies, etc.).

Individuals' personal data may be subject to profiling (creation of Customer profiles) to the extent and in connection with sales, and marketing statistics, tailoring the content of messages displayed, advertisements, offers and tracking the user's online activity. The ADO informs its users of its wish to start profiling. The commencement of profiling takes place as soon as the user has given his or her consent.
8. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data:
a. Purpose: performance of a contract or taking action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Legal basis: article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The provision of personal data is a prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract and failure to do so prevents the conclusion of a contract;
b. Purpose: ADO's legitimate interest. Legal basis: article 6(1)(f) GDPR. ADO's legitimate interest is the processing of individuals' personal data for the purpose of establishing, defending, enforcing contractual claims, conducting direct marketing, participating in opinion surveys. It is not necessary for an individual to provide personal data because the ADO is already in possession of this data;
c. Purpose: to send, by post and email, a newsletter containing information about new investments, updates on company activities, open days and other events organised. Legal basis: article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the data subject). The consent and the provision of data is voluntary. Lack of consent or failure to provide personal data makes it impossible for ADO to send the newsletter;
d. Purpose: to fulfil ADO's legal obligations under generally applicable laws - in terms of accounting, tax and archiving obligations. Legal basis: article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
9. Where the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is consent (see paragraph 10(c) of this notice), you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness for the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
10. The period of time for which your personal data will be processed depends on the purpose for which it was collected, i.e.:
a. In the case of individuals who are party to a contract concluded with ADO, or individuals seeking to conclude a contract (conducting commercial negotiations) with ADO-at least until the statute of limitations for the claims of each of the parties to the contract or for the period resulting from generally applicable laws;
b. In the case of individuals interested in purchasing a property from ADO's current offer, in connection with the need to take action at the request of the person whose data are being processed - for a period not exceeding 3 years from the moment of making the request;
c. In the case of individuals expressing an interest in the purchase of properties to be offered in the future - for a period of no longer than 6 months from the date the property was introduced to the ADO's public offer.
d. In the case of individuals who have given their consent to the processing of their personal data - until they withdraw their consent.
